Salmon cubes glazed with a honey garlic sauce—quick, flavorful, and ideal for weeknight meals or parties.
# Components:
→ Salmon
01 - 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
→ Marinade & Sauce
02 - 3 tablespoons honey
03 - 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
→ Garnish
09 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
# Directions:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
02 - Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently fold until evenly coated. Let stand for 10 minutes to develop flavor.
03 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the marinated salmon cubes in the skillet, reserving any excess marinade. Sear each side for 1 to 2 minutes until golden and just cooked through.
04 - Reduce heat to medium. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the salmon evenly.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Garnish the glazed salmon with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve immediately.
